Monitoring team

 

 

Monitoring team is formed with the representatives of each school.

Monitoring team supervise quality of all activities. Team is checking upon the progress, create a list of tasks needed to be done, gives proposal for improvement, publish report about up to date activities of project results, dissemination and recommendation for improving informs participants about tasks and deadlines that are not yet finished and makes sure that project will be finished successfully in time. Also, monitoring team evaluate results, gives opinion on dissemination plan, gives recommendation for teams for improvement. Monitoring team is giving a report on whether the criteria defined at the beginning of project to measure success of project has been fulfilled or not.
